About Our Office
We pride ourselves in providing a friendly, relaxed and personal experience whether it's your first visit or your fifth. We're dedicated to giving you the time and care you deserve. Your comfort is our top priority so let us know if you want that warm blanket or pillow! We recognize your dental needs are unique so we'll help you understand your care plan by showing you digital photographs and x-rays and outlining treatment options in as much detail as you want.
We're here to help every member of our community. We love to see your little ones... and your not-so-littles! Dr. Patterson encourages you to bring children within six months of their first tooth or by age one. Our office is wheel-chair accessible and we are happy to accommodate special needs. We do our best to offer in-house treatment but will refer you to a specialist when needed.
Our bright, sunny office is located on the top floor of the Quadra Professional Centre with gorgeous views of Mount Doug and the surrounding area. We are conveniently located in Saanich with ample free off-street parking, so you can avoid the busyness of downtown. We are on the number 6 bus route and close to the Galloping Goose Trail, so you can bike, bus or walk here with ease.

We are now accepting new patients and we welcome all ages. We love meeting new people!
For your first visit, we recommend a complete new patient exam. Dr. Patterson will review your medical and dental history and conduct a thorough examination of your mouth, and take any necessary digital radiographs (x-rays). We'll assess your current condition including tooth decay and strength, gum health, orthodontic needs, and esthetic desires. After listening to your concerns and questions, we will help prioritize your dental options and desires to find the preferred solution.
The greatest compliment you can give us is referring a family member or friend to our office. We look forward to meeting you and your family and exceeding your expectations.
Our office is very fortunate to have a highly skilled team of dental hygienists that have the knowledge and experience to help you take care of your oral health needs. They provide dental cleanings, oral hygiene education, treat gum disease and sensitive teeth and much more. Your hygienist will work with your dentist to recommend the frequency of visits that is right for you based on the health of your gums and teeth.
We are happy to see children of all ages and we welcome them to visit the office, have a “ride” in our chair and meet our dentist. We provide all parents with age-appropriate information about healthy eating habits, oral care, fluoride recommendations, and oral habits. When your child is comfortable, we can examine the development of their mouths and teeth, provide tooth polishing and any necessary treatment.
Many of our staff have children and as parents and dental care providers, we understand the need for patience, fun and the realities of introducing kids gently to oral health care. And of course we have a a coveted prize drawer for after every appointment!
